Waited 12 minutes for an iced coffee. Saw my order in the corner and had to go up and ask for them to call my order. When i got it the employee literally shoved the drink over the counter. I waited initially and attempted to talk to the one calling order but she just ignored me.
When I was the Mc Donald’s in Scarborough Town Centre Walmart location . I noticed that employee making the food wasn’t Wearing a hair net or gloves . She made my food with her bare hands . This is unacceptable and very unsanitary. Also, she did not use any utensils or equipment. Luckily , I didn’t get food poisoning or get very sick . Also the employee serving the food was quite rude and looked like she didn’t want to be there.
Very poor customer service please change all the senior people or teach them how to talk with customers
They didn't give me the bigmac I ordered.
