I was served a burger on August 1 that had parchment paper on top of the burger patty. I am trying to reach the franchise owner about the situation. With all of the foodborne illnesses going on, the supervisors should be ashamed of their lack of professionalism and how they treated me when trying to contact the general manager of the location about a situation that exposes the entire company for litigation. I've been coming to grab food during my overnight shift, no one will be in line but me yet somehow I still get the slowest and worst service and they still somehow manage to mess up the order. It feels like it's done on purpose :/ I understand hating the 24/7 jobs but god damn, can they do anything right past 12? Don't care if they rude, don't care if they slow, but at least get the order right
