I just watched an elderly lady scrapping cheese off her granddaughters burger by the register while the MANAGER stood there ri hung someone up.. she obviously saw what was going on, she could've gotten a new hamburger.. That customer service was HORRIBLE.. someone sat our food bag on the counter, yelled our order number and walked away, but we never got the drink..
