The place is disgusting. Accidentally ordered at this location and will never ever go back. Doesn't look like they clean the kitchen 🤢
Terrible place. I went there by default. The place was filthy. The beverage area was a mess with sweet tea container empty. Floor was dirty and the customer service was horrendous. First and last time.
Employees are super slow, walk around without any acknowledgement of the customers. Employees does not ask customers if the customer needs help or something. Manager is the same.
Most incompetent staff working. I was just there at the drive thru to buy. I clearly gave my order to the lady. When she handed the food it was different than what I ordered. And she has the audacity to argue with me about my order. She gave stuff I didn't order. Management should replace that lady!!!
I just want give 5 stars to the manager Blanca. My order was wrong and she contacted me personally to correct the issue and that I truly appreciate it. Her great customer service and care is very appreciated.
