Worst McDonalds ever. Always have a long wait. Whether they are busy or not. Food not fresh. They get my order wrong more than they get it right. This McDonalds is 2 blocks from my house but I go to the one on Downey @Artesia. Even my kids tell me not to go to this one. The owners don't even care. Unfortunately, this McDonald’s consistently disappoints. My husband placed a mobile pickup order and waited over 30 minutes because their system was allegedly down and they couldn’t find his order, even though he had already been charged. This also isn’t the first time we’ve experienced their system being down. We’re patient people and understand they were slammed, but there’s always something here…long waits, missing or incorrect items, and fries that are almost always cold or lukewarm. McDouble tastes like fish. smells like fish. nuggets smell and taste like fish. they don’t have ice, they don’t have lids or straws.
Food is pure chemicals, and not real.
Absolutely the worst location ordered on the mobile app order came out and found out they didn’t put in knife and fork for a hotcakes and sausage platter. I guess I’m supposed to eat it with my hands and there was no syrup included. Absolutely ridiculous for what they charge $15 for breakfast went in to get those items and it was completely ignored at the counter. Had to wait and wait and wait.
