Nice and clean McDonalds
Had ordered four chicken sandwiches and only got three, went back to the drive through, there was a woman in the first window and we told her that we where missing a chicken sandwich and she told us she would tell the guy in the second window. We then drove up the second window and told the guy that we were missing a chicken sandwich and he seemed confused but he took his time to get us a small chicken sandwich. The staff was extremely rude, and they closed the lobby at 7 PM. Very disappointing experience.
There's no one at the counter and the kiosk was out of receipt paper. The employees ignore you when you ask for assistance and tell you to use the kiosk with an attitude. What's the point of having a front counter if no one is there to take orders or offer assistance. Maybe they need more employees in the morning or maybe they need better training. I don't expect much from a gas station restaurant but bare minimum service shouldn't be too much to ask for.
