I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service and overall experience at McDonald’s store #31801. Due to ongoing issues, I no longer wish to continue spending my money at this location. The primary reason for my visits is to use the McDonald’s app; however, the app consistently stops working as soon as I enter the property, including the drive-thru area.
