Well I’ll just start this with I already expect the bare minimum here but this some how beat that… I arrived with 1 car ahead of me, it took around 2 minutes for anyone to greet me in the drive thru & that greeting was “what do you want” next no price was stated the card reader was put out the window I tapped my card & she said next window when I asked for my receipt she rolled her eyes at me, when I was getting my food the gentleman didn’t say a single word to me & spilled half my drink on me & didn’t even offer a napkin or... read more
Not sure where all the negative reviews come from, but service has been excellent, Employees seem very kind, especially when I let them know something was missing from my meal, compared to the one's in actual GR this is the best one I have been to, and it's very clean, also like that the drink machine is still out in the customer area for refills. I will definitely go out of my way to come to this one
Always clean and stocked. They follow the 2 minute rule, most orders are out within 3 to 5 min. Almost every order received is correct with customized items. They show that when a team comes together, things get done right. Thank you for making our mornings better.
