Order is always wrong. Ask for no onions, you get only onions. They park you then forget about you, come and ask for your receipt then take your receipt inside and act confused when you come in asking where your order went - then you find out they never even started it and one employee just has your receipt in their pocket. Absolutely wild.
They are rude, there's respectful workers. They don't care about their customers about kids. I'll go to a different mcdonald's were they do care About helping their customers and caring how about kids and they barely put pickles on any burger
DONT GO HERE. FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE. And judging from all the other 1 star reviews over the past month this place is really bad...
We went through the drive thru to redeem a free chicken nuggets coupon at 11pm. The line was extremely long and we had to wait 30 minutes to get to the window. When we got to the window an angry Hispanic lady, who said she was the manager, refused to give us our food - saying we hadn’t paid for it. She said that we had to pay for our meal (we had used a free coupon that had gone through as confirmed by the drive thru attendant.) when I asked what we hadn’t paid for, she said the sauce.
