Ordered though the app pulled up to the window they gave us the wrong ticket and someone already took our order I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s
Ordered online and waited inside. We had a larger order but nothing crazy. Ordered for two people. We sat and watched them hand out to drive thru, which us expected, I've worked fast food before, they always prioritize drive time. Then they started skipping our order and started giving to those after our order on the screen. Then they started giving to those who entered and ordered long after we saw our order get wiped off the screen. You know, it's McDonald's, seen one you've seen them all. I really dislike using a kiosk to order. Its worst when the staff ignore you so they don't have to take your order.
Always messes up my food and then denies mess up won't replace. Refuses to do anything about the homeless badgering customers for food and trying to start fights, or even starting a vehicle fire. Like this place needs to be shut down
