Dirty floors, dirty bathroom with no soap.
I've been here a handful of times and the food is just like any other McDonald's. I'm commenting mainly on the state of the bathrooms. On at least 2 visits, there's been something bad about the bathrooms. One morning I came in, the female bathroom was out of order. How do you run a busy fast food business with 1 bathroom?! This place is filthy. The dining room needs someone checking on it. No napkins, the floor is filthy, not a clean table and per usual the shake machine is “broke”. I don’t know who’s running the show here(if anybody…) but I’d fire them. From what I can see they have help here , the problem is them not doing anything.
This store is terrible to go to. The staff is clueless and rude, they move at the pace of a melting glacier, and their food is always bland and under cooked. I waited 25 minutes for a medium fry and a drink…no one greeted me, no one offered a receipt, and they didn’t even take my code for my mobile order. This store needs to work on improving their standards.
