Why is this store so bad??? 10 minutes is a short wait time, even if it’s slow and the orders are almost always wrong or missing something. The only reason I go to this one anymore is if I accidentally order from the wrong Broadway location on my app. The people who work there are nice, but there is zero management.
This is one of those stores you go to because it's close to your office. It's dumpy and the line is consistently slow. Sometimes you're hungry enough that convenience wins. This was my last time at this location. Fourteen minutes in line before I hit the window. At the window I was asked to pull off and wait in a numbered space. I ordered a quarter pounder. 14 + minutes for a quarter pounder. I actually had a meeting and had to bail. Cochran McDonald's got my cash and I got nothing.
This is a loud and busy place. The employees need more help.
