I stopped by this McDonald’s for breakfast, and it was a frustrating experience. The service was slow even though it wasn’t that busy, and the staff seemed unorganized. My order wasn’t made correctly, and when I asked about it, the response was rude instead of helpful. On top of that, they charged me extra just to get sauce — which is ridiculous on a breakfast order. This McDonald’s used to be a good restaurant. They’ve gone downhill recently. My past few orders I’ve gotten from there all have had something missing or completely wrong. I ordered a McGriddle and I get home and there’s a McMuffin in my bag. I guess the CUSTOMER has to make sure the employees are doing their job correctly. I placed an order for drive through pick up and the drive through is blocked with carts from McDonald’s. Had to go inside. I’ve had one too many bad experiences here. Will not be returning.
