My son was left smiling and I was so grateful; after we accidentally spilled our drink, the staff were kind—they cleaned it up immediately and gave us a new one at no cost.
My foods always late. Even ordering online its still late. I've had it happen twice that I've had to skip lunch because my order is not even ready yet. Literally the time I order to my 30min lunch is way to long for an order. I dont recommend coming here if u need to pick up ur food quickly. They are not efficient enough to handle high volume orders.
Drive Thru personnels take longest time to take the order. They made me wait 4 minutes just to ask what I want. Besides, preparing orders take very long time too even though I use mobile app... I have very limited lunch break and it's frustrating.
I came to pick up my breakfast, and it was good and hot.
