Me and my boyfriend was just there and we went ahead and ordered our food through the McDonald’s app and went through the drive through… we give them our code and get our receipt…. We finally get up to the window and there was this lady. We didn’t get her name but she was trying to give us the wrong order and we didn’t want to take the wrong food from her she got a attitude with us and said “nobody wanted to claim it” then she asked us what we ordered 4 times…. My wife got sick here, so I decided to go by and check it out myself. While I stood in line, I got to observe how the staff treated customers who asked for more Ketchup. Holy crap, I won’t be back. This place is a pig pen. No one ever greeted me or served me. I was going to try ice cream since I thought that was safe, but after I saw the interaction with the customer in front of me, I decided better.
