The customer service at this location is awful. 2/26/25. Lunch, DT. When i was handed my order the girl gave me a very nasty look.
I never been @ a McDonald's that want take your order at the counter . The morning manager is highly rude to any age group 😒 I think I will start going for coffee on Camp Robinson Rd you can't even order a senior coffee she makes you to kiosk machine these restaurants are getting sorrier & sorrier by the day.
Was horrible didn’t taste good and got my order wrong
I just went to this location this morning with my sister to get coffee as im here visiting from out of state. 1. I could hardly understand the girl at the drive through menu it sounded like she mumbled EVERYTHING. Then she did not know the difference between a iced mocha coffee & a ice mocha, i ordered a sausage egg & cheese bisquit & my sister ordered a coffee as well.
