When I went to the drive up window, I had to pull up to two different windows two different times before somebody got there. When I asked for a receipt, the woman was extremely short and rude. She was a middle-aged woman. I’m assume she was probably a shift manager. They were probably quite shorthanded. Took thirty minutes to get a biscuit after having to order at the window because they wouldn't take the order at the drive through speaker. 45 minutes total waiting.

We was going out of town last Friday and decided to stop for breakfast since it was close to us. When we proceeded to order the manager at the time was rude and said we would have to order on the kiosk which is fine but she didn't have to be rude about it and on top of that after ordering my meal they said the frappe machine wasn't working atm and was rude bc the manager had to issue a refund
