I placed a mobile order @10 , pulled up to the speaker a woman yells out “we’re closed” over the speaker. No greeting or “sorry for the inconvenience.” Which is funny, because they close at 11. I proceeded to sit at the speaker to clarify, I placed an online order already & she yells out once again “WE’RE CLOSED.” And I asked, “what about my mobile order???” She says, “WHAT ORDER?” & tells me to come to the second window & gives me cold food!!!!

I never write reviews, however: Food was fine. Got sprite, just carb water. No ketchup on either terminal. No sweet tea in either distributor. Condiments not refilled at condiment station. I asked for salt from the cashier and was given Splenda. Employees are sleeping here.

Employees were highly unprofessional. Two Employees had a verbal altercation by food prep area in view and earshot of customers where they both yelled profanities at each other ignoring the manager as she tried to diffuse the situation. Female employee pulled out her phone in front of customers after yelling at coworker and started using profanities in the lobby of the restaurant while still on the clock. Before argument happened, employees ignored front counter and prevented people from ordering food until manager assisted.

This is one of the worst McDonald's in NLR Arkansas. Every time I come here the employees outside talking instead of working. When I pick up the folks orders for Uber there never ready and I have to wait 15-20 mins every time and tht is ridiculous. Also, in the past the employees attitudes was horrible. Asking me to calm down after they pissed me off
