Wants to charge extra for sauce cups for my French fries because I forgot to order them for FREE IN THE APP. They got me all kinds of sideways. Update: seriously want to charge me 49 cents a sauce cup to go with my fires. I was told I would only be given 1 sauce of both of the flavors and that's the best he could do... The window women was very sweet, and the time of service was great. The food was hot as well.
Worst experience in my life because they got me and my kids order wrong and they need to fired everyone there or shut that place down!
After sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 plus minutes for a mobile order the gentleman at the drive-thru was so high I had to ask for my drink three separate times while sitting at the window after I got my order only to get home and find out that my order was incorrect after specifically asking a couple of different times are you sure this is correct in my order oh yes 100%.
