Waited 20 mins at spot 7 never again! Everything was cold and of course I didn't even get to have a lunch! I'll stay at Burger King where the food is on time fresh and HOT!

My sister and I went to McDonald's on Elida Road on January 12th at lunch time...The girl that was working the front counter is a real asset to McDonald's.... she was friendly and made sure our fries were hot...not only ours, but I heard her tell another couple their order would be in a few minutes cause she wanted to make sure their fries were hot too. I saw her check on others as she was delivering orders to the floor... I didn't get her name, but she was great...
Needs work on customer service including managers. Went in to pick up a mobile order and was told my phone had to be within 3 miles of the store when it was just across the parking lot. So they had me walk over the grab it and then tried to make me leave AGAIN because they tried telling me it was for grieve through and the app doesnt give codes for pickup at the counter. Even after I literally showed them on my phone even with a little counter symbol. On top the food was cold and the drinks were half full.
