Very very slow McDonald's. The employees are in no rush whatsoever to get your order out or correct. I will say though that my fries and nuggets were pretty fresh which was pretty nice. I just don't think they get the traffic they need to be a great location. The employees weren't rude but they did have a very no-care attitude.
The cashier at 6:30pm on 7/22/25 was completely rude from the start I did give her attitude once she gave me attitude from the start over chicken nuggets that I clearly stated I wanted fresh she gave me hard stale chicken nuggets and stated they were fresh when in fact they were not I showed them to her and told her you can tell just by the color she proceeded to go and talk to the crew about me like if I couldn't hear here I held back because my daughter was there with this attitude was no acceptable at all I expect somethi... read more
So I heard about how bad Kingsburg McDonald's was but I decided to stop by because I was very hungry after work and wanted to stop by McDonalds. But after this experience? I'm never going back here. I recommend going to Dinuba, I dont care if its farther but just do yourself a favor. Don't go. Go to dinuba. Those ladies know how to lay it on the grill and get my order right. In my meal? Order was wrong TWICE! no fry's the first round and the double quarter pounder was only a single... between the lack of fry's and the wrong hamburger it was 18 minutes of not getting to all eat together.
