Horrible service and attitude from the people in the counter plus the manager of the store. They cancel mobile orders without notification, placed a breakfast order at 10:10 am and they claim it was not done in time attaching confirmation of order. They cancel the order and you have to wait 5 business days to get your money.
Slow service. Comes with a side of attitude. I ordered through the app for table service, and my order sat in the pick-up area for 15 minutes. When I asked for them to remake it, they said, "They called the number," and walked away. They came back with a new remade order, but I threw it away because with the attitude I received, I'm afraid they did something dirty to my order. Get more workers in this store, or train your employees in customer service.
Sometimes they will forget to add the drink or extra nuggets or fries that you paid for.
I have to admit. Today was better. Not, great! But better
Getting sent to that secondary drive-thru food pickup area is annoying. The rest of the fast food industry manages to do without them.
