Disappointed. Went here at about 3:15am and they were letting one car at the window hold up the whole line. I seen the employee hand off a large bag of food to the car and the person complained and gave it right back. Another long wait. Why not move that one problem car/order to the side so the rest of us could move along. By the time I get to the window the employee is clearly frustrated and looked annoyed when I asked for napkins and ketchup cause she had to walk to the front counter, why not have that by the window? You have to check your order twice to make sure you ate not missing anything you ordered
Clean and fast service
This place does not get full stars because its McDonalds food and its not always there. Sometimes they are slow but customer service has not never been rude. I understand the wait when they are understaffed so its not a big deal. I've actually had good customer service experiences. Was looking at the stickers while I waited and found one of them on Instagram. You can look at stickers while you wait. 🤣🤣🤣
