Horrible took me 50 minutes to go thru drive thru ! The food was cold sandwich is hard as a rock ! Absolutely insane ! If I wasn’t trapped in drive thru I would have left !
This McDonald’s in Charleston had the worst service of any one I’ve ever been to. They are very very slow, sitting in drive thru over 20 minutes and not moving. The staff is very rude , not polite at all. Then when you do get your food it’s either cold, messed up order or you get the wrong order all together!! Definitely do not recommend!!!
It took 20 minutes to get our order! And then the fries were cold and yucky. Why not have had hot fries?
