The Charleston McDonald's has really gone down hill. I stood at the counter for 15 min waiting on a Ice Cream Cone. The manager (im assuming that's what she is) was very rude when checking me and other customers out. This is why I avoid this place at every turn.
We just went through and spent almost $40. We waited forever to get our food, the food was cold nuggets seemed microwaved, chicken wrap meat was cold, missed a sandwich, got 2 of the 4 drinks completely wrong, no onions on a. Sandwich when asked for onions, onion on a sandwich that was not supposed to have onion. Person at the second window was rude asked if I wanted a stray for a chocolate milk I said no she threw them in the bag with attitude, missed a drink then just handed us the one in front of her that was not a Dr Pep... read more
