I have always been a person to have compassion for retail and fast food workers as half the time the problem is not the workers themselves but a staffing issue. Often, going inside is faster and more efficient. I was proven sorely mistaken. Paid for my order and nearly 30 minutes later, standing there waiting inside, they had to resubmit my order on the register because it got cleared as served, leaving me with them scrambling to actually fill my order. Served frozen meat to people and there’s a video circling around showing roaches in the restaurant. This place should be sued and dissolved. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Went through the drive through submitted my mobile order code and added another shake and fry onto it. Was only two double cheeseburgers a larger and medium fry and 2 medium shakes. Was asked to pull forward and was waiting on the shakes said ok no problem did not receive any of my food at this point. Waited 20 minutes went inside to check and saw my shakes sitting on the table by the grill melting and the whip cream completely gone and my food no where in sight. I have came here multiple times in the past couple days seeing as it one of the only places that is open when my boyfriend gets off. For the last couple days they forgot my food. I don’t really understand why it’s that hard to put everything in a bag.
