Worst customer service ever! Trenton Robert’s is about to be the general manager for Charleston McDonald’s. And Trenton treats his workers and customers with disrespect. He has been reported to Blake Linder, Mariah wells, and Gus and nothing has been done. they push it off and say nothing to him. He calls his workers names
Drive through was packed, so I repositioned pickup for lobby and it was ready when I walked in.
Nasty burgers greesy burnt ,burnt cold fries ,Service people were outstanding,fixed problem,but kitchen staff had4 tries to make it right.
