I would like to file a complaint about the service I received at one of your locations on September 20, 2025, at 10:00 PM at 13101 N kendall Dr. Miami, Fl 33186 I attempted to call this restaurant more than 10 times to make a complaint, but no one ever answered. The only time someone did pick up, they immediately hung up. When I visited the drive-thru that evening, at the second window I was assisted by a young woman who was extremely rude.
