McDonald’s coffee has really improved over the years. The flavor is rich and well-balanced, not too bitter, and always served hot and fresh. It’s a great option if you need a quick and reliable cup without spending too much. The service was fast, and the café area was clean and comfortable to sit for a while.

I visited this McDonald’s on Monday evening around 8:30–9:00 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences. I ordered McVeggie burger and clearly mentioned to remove lettuce and add cheese. The staff member (looked like a manager in an orange t-shirt) was extremely rude. Instead of listening carefully, she questioned me in a disrespectful way, saying “you didn’t tell me that” when I had already mentioned it.
