This location is always bad! BUT...just to give them the benefit of the doubt my husband and I made a little stop to get fries and I told my husband their fries are always stale and cold so he told me to ask if their fries are fresh before ordering and I did. The guy said they had fresh fries. Nope! Cold soggy stale. If you're going to lie at least mix some fresh in there. I don't know why they hate customers and never make fresh fries! One of the better McDonald's in Knoxville and the surrounding area
Came on my lunch break and ordered a mcdouble with no ketchup. They put Xtra ketchup on my burger!! I don't have time to go fight traffic and go back so I guess I won't be eating lunch. I hate ketchup. The only reason I'm leaving 5 stars is because this McDonald's has the freshest food of any mcdonalds I've ever been to. They're always ... Usually always on point and I always get great service. Id go back if I had time and I'm sure they would fix it. I'm sure they just misheard me.
They stole some of my money left my phone at the counter and they took some of my money it was my car payment don't trust them they're not worth 1 star
Tried to order some food at 10pm an hour before they supposedly closed but nobody helped us. Ended up driving off, across the street to Wendy’s.
