Not a good location, better off driving to a different one. Always bare min. sevice here. Jacob (night time shift leader 8/16/25 8pm) was inefficient with resolving an order mixup done by employee. Honestly should of gave everything back instead of taking on additional charges and went to a different location, but didn't want to waste the food (but the food was cold waiting for resolution smh). Cudahy McDonald's could probably help this store with some tips and customer service skills.
Total Fail!!! I stopped in to purchase a simple breakfast combo meal. The young lady at the register had a major attitude with zero customer service , and had 3 inch false nails on every finger. There was another young lady working behind the counter with her hair down to her knees, and then when I received my meal, the hash brown was way over cooked. What happened to your standards McDonalds?
Went into the lobby placed our order an employee came out and told us they were closing the lobby early and our food would have to be to go when we had already paid and placed it to eat there on google it says their open till 11 don’t know if this is franchise or corporate but I will be making some inquiries figuring it out never have I felt more unvalued as a customer
