One sausage and egg McMuffin had a runny egg while the other ones had pieces of the egg shell in it. They also left out the napkins.
I had an awful experience today in the drive-thru. Order taker had a chip on his shoulder and seemed annoyed throughout taking my order. I asked for extra straws as I was splitting drinks between multiple little kids and he turned me down! Their "policy is only 1 straw per drink." Seriously?!! What a joke. Non existent customer service. If you're going to charge restaurant prices then at least provide friendly service. Seems like they push cars through only to miss items.
