I ordered two vanilla ice cream cones, when I payed and everything at the drive thru later after 5 mins they said their ice cream machine is not working. They gave me refund and everything but when i order or when I payed they never said anything about the ice cream machine, they could’ve just said when I ordered that the ice cream machine is not working. Literally wasted so much time because I had to pick up my kid from daycare.
Why are we drinking out of soggy paper trails?
Staff withhold online orders, management can't figure out the program in regards to picking up and make excuses to not give the customers their food. Management is the worst at this location and do not care for the cleanseliness.
