McDonald's

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s. There were about 20 people working, but somehow my order still wasn’t ready. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. They were rude when I tried to get an update instead of actually helping. Very poor customer service.

Terrible service. There were plenty of employees working, probably around 15, but my order was still taking forever. When I tried to ask about it, the staff were unnecessarily rude. Having a busy restaurant is understandable, but being treated poorly while waiting is not acceptable.

Extremely poor service today. The restaurant had roughly 12 employees on shift, but somehow getting my order was still taking forever. Having a full team working should mean orders are handled efficiently, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Would not recommend based on this experience.
