I order breakfast most mornings on the app on my way to work to save time so I can grab and go and no matter how in advance I order I'm always stuck waiting quite a while when I get there. What's the point of ordering ahead when a fast food order isn't ready after 20 mins but yet people going in the place ordering on the spot are getting served before someone that put in an order in advance. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and not only did it fall apart immediately but was cold. Never ordering here again.
