I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering through the McDonald’s app. I placed my order, was told to park, and waited for over 10 minutes with no one bringing my food. I called the store, but no one answered the first time. When I called again, the response I got was simply, “Sorry, we were busy.” I understand that things can get hectic, but I am also a paying customer and I expect at minimum either my food or proper communication.
