Unbelievable walking in at 7am to grab breakfast and hearing a complete conversation from who I’m guessing is the manager (red shirt) on her phone cussing back and forth with whoever she was talking to on speaker phone not talking quietly either. Carrying her phone to the lobby and back behind the counter without a single care there’s customers in the store.
A manager with no teeth stiffed us out of our food. She stated “she bagged everything herself” and the cashier did not give us a receipt so she refused to give us either a refund or the food we ordered. We came back after only 5 minutes of ordering. We ordered a large fry, 4 sandwiches, ice cream and 2 drinks. They didn’t screw up the drinks/ice cream, so I had assumed the order was correct when they handed it to us. Absolutely horrible service and the incorrect food they gave to us was ice cold.
