This location consistently has the slowwwwwest service. I just spent 15 minutes in the drive thru. First 5 minutes were at the speaker, they said just a moment and then 5 minutes later I said hello? And they said hi how can I help you? As if they forgot I was waiting. This is not an unusual experience here. I’ve come at all times of day and it’s never quick. Today was absolutely disgusting. Excessive wait time, rude staff(who was moving so slow she was almost in reverse) and an even ruderand unhelpful manager who did more complaining to the staff than helping. I asked for an update and he snipped at me saying this is all I have and walked away. Not even giving me a chance to ask why I have been waiting over 20 minutes yet 3 people who ORDERED WHILE I WAS WAITING RECEIVED THEIR ORDERS.
