Usually this location has fresh fries that aren't re-dipped like a lot of other locations but the service isn't the best, although they're typically fast at least.
Ordered food on the mobile app. The food was not what I had ordered. I had contacted the location in order to rectify the issue. They would not provide any support for the payment or refund and refused to exchange the food in an appropriate manner. Fries were undercooked and workers were very rude.
I went to grab lunch today around 3 PM. I ordered my food And the cashier told us our total without making sure that we are finished ordering When we told her we had one more thing to add, she rudely told us you're gonna have to pull up to the window for that. When we pulled up to the window, she repeated the total and I told her again that we wanted to add another item.
