Service was so ass I couldn’t get through line 2 of drive through for 30 minutes might as well go make dinner at a hotel money would’ve been better spent. Line didn’t move and I wasted my night trying to not shit my pants and get food.
No fast food is worth waiting a full hour for. It wasn’t even at peak time. Absolutely unacceptable
the manager is extremely rude to customers and employees. she yells a lot. didn't feel safe being there. service is the slowest in GR.
Drivethru at night time was a nightmare. Guessing this may be a management and training issue and the employees are probably doing their best. I ordered 3 drinks, only received 2. We tried several times to voice this before employees listened. They asked for my receipt, took it and disappeared with it, and didn't return. We sat there for 10 minutes, no drink. Wow 14 minutes to take an order this is absolutely ridiculous. I called and they said it was a shift change. Terrible service they need to be rated at 0. Poor management!!!
