waited in drive through line for 15 minutes for a 10 piece nugget.
What a disappointment. I stopped by to grab lunch after lunch rush hour was done. I spent 10-15 minutes on a 4 PC strip that was obviously sitting out too long. The employees didn't seem to care about the service they were providing. This is why I never go to McDonald's.
I was waiting for the man to give me my receipt just so I can make sure I got everything that was paid for. I'm not from here an anywhere else I've been they ask if you want the receipt or not. He crumbled it up an threw it away then continued to ignore me as I sat there an waited. I heard from other folks that live here an have visited this specific McDonald's that some folks do indeed act this way. Great quick stop at this McDonald’s location. The restaurant looked clean and organized, and the dining area had a modern setup with plenty of seating. Staff were friendly and service was fast, which made the visit smooth and convenient. Food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from McDonald’s. Easy location to access as well. Solid option for a quick meal in Grand Rapids.
We dropped in wellpast their closing time and still were able to geta late snack after the wedding reception.
