There was only one other vehicle in the drive-thru. I pulled up and the annoying recording asked if I’d be using my app today, “not today” was my response. I proceeded to place a meal deal order… no response. Asked if someone was there 4 times, waited. The car across from me did not get someone to answer either and we both pulled away to leave. Theres a lady that has glasses who stood with her hands on her hips doing nothing while others worked. Me and my brother sat waiting just to pay for 20 minutes. It wasnt busy the place was empty
