I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location. If a product or promotion isn’t available, customers should be informed before completing the purchase. I specifically went to get four Happy Meals expecting the advertised Mario toys, but instead, I was given leftover toys from past promotions without any explanation. The food was perfectly fine and the service good, but we traveled a bit off of I-40 to get to this particular McDonald's because of the Playplace visible in the photos. It does not have a Playplace. The area has been converted to additional dining space. We were hoping for a good chance for our 5 year old to get some energy out in the middle of a long road trip, but ended up stopping at a nearby park after lunch to do a little playing instead.

April : Was nearby and got Macs. Atmosphere is cold. The manager is still there, but he didn't take my order, but at least he seemed somewhat friendlier. Overall, I would still skip this place unless absolutely necessary to go. ===================================== December : Went again early this month. Atmosphere seems more relaxed.
