Horrible customer service. No employee acknowledged me to see if I needed assistance. A lot of the employees here doing morning hours are usually Spanish. A white customer walked inthe exact time I did and the Spanish manager Francis acknowledged the white customer and did not acknowledge me although I had been at the counter patiently waiting for assistance. Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered through the kiosk, and it took over 40 minutes to receive my order. It was only one Happy Meal and a large fries, so there was no reason for such a long wait. The staff didn’t provide any updates or apologize for the delay. This was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
Closed at lunchtime, doors locked, drive thru blocked.
