The night shift at this McDonald’s consistently offers one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff come off as dismissive and unprofessional, like taking an order is somehow a burden. It’s honestly disappointing to see that level of attitude and lack of basic courtesy at a place that represents a global brand.
Only came for the Minecraft toys. service sucked.
Ordered thru the app when I got there at 230pm it was busier than normal however I waited 30 mins for a app order total before I could get ANY employee to acknowledge me once I asked about my order finally then they started preparing it whats going on at this McDonald's pull it together with the customer service it's NOT my decision you work there. You could at least acknowledge the 20 people standing at the counter especially the lady trying to order and pay with cash I watched get tired of waiting and leave you are leaving... read more
