I don't really understand why I return to this location. I just spent 23 minutes in the drive through. About 20 of that parked in a spot waiting. Guy comes out with food and missing one drink. He leaves to go get that and we realize he brought no straws for 2 drinks. Had to send him back for straws. Pulled out of the parking lot and realized that I was given a Diet Coke instead of Coke as shown on the receipt. Frozen Coke was more melted than frozen but too fed up to have it fixed. Manager wouldn’t fix my sandwich to ketchup only told me they already made it I would have to pay for another.
