Came here a few times within the last few months and the drive- thru is record breaking slow everytime. Lack of workers? Noticed a lot of the time the workers are “slow” themselves. Somthing needs to change with the speed. Especially being a edwardsville business.
We visited this location a few weeks ago and will never go back. I placed my families order through the kiosk and we sat down. 30 minutes later another customer told us to check if they had our order because he had been waiting 45 minutes for food. Apparently the kiosks weren’t sending orders to the back, but there was no sign or anyone walking around to notify customers. With a cheap price, I expect cheap employees that do not care the food's good but the consistency at this location is completely lacking
