Poor customer service! My coffee tasted terrible and fries were so soggy- not at all fresh
Ordered some breakfast, I paid at the first window and at 2nd window they asked for payment again. I said I paid and showed them the statement and they said it didn’t Go through on their end. I asked for confirmation of it and the manager Archana just said it’s in their screen I didn’t pay. I said well why would I pay twice and she said that it will be refunded within 48 hours. The machine asked if we wanted to stay or take out. We said take out then it didn't charge us for a bag. So now we had to juggle all the stuff we purchased from Walmart while being forced to eat in the dirty restaurant where the employees are literally sweeping under my feet at the table I'm sitting at as I type this. Oh, and the fries were cold
