0 starts no one asked to help or took my order was waiting in lobby for 20 +min and no one asked or greeted me drive thru is like a hr worst McDonalds I been too lol
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it wasn’t fully cooked through!!! Just sent in a complaint to corporate. I’m not one to complain like that but I got through half the burger before noticing. Update 10/14/2025 the store manager contacted me and told me she talked with all the other managers and followed up with all equipment to make sure this doesn’t happen again. She was super nice. I’m glad there willing to make it right :)
Very disappointed. Places mobile order, proceeded to drive through to get order. Got to the speaker, and then the pick up window. After waiting 8 minutes we were given the wrong order and then we were parked for their error. After waiting for a total of 30 minutes my daughter went in. They wanted her to receipt that was given to us. She finally got our order. Why was there such a long wait for a plan cheese burger happy meal. We may never know
