Rating: ☆☆☆ Disappointed with my visit to the drive-thru on Aug 27 at ~8:30 PM. The payment window was very dirty, making me question the cleanliness standards. I mentioned it to the cashier, but received only a smile in response. Furthermore, my cheeseburgers arrived cold and poorly prepared. I was already driving away so I couldn't return them, but management needs to address both cleanliness at the window and basic food quality standards.
