I come here probably 2-3 times a week and I have never once had a poor customer service experience however that changed drastically today. The customer service I got from James was well below the normal standard. He disregarded me completely when I spoke to him. I will admit he was on the phone and I did not notice but to just ignore me completely then walk away to put fries in without even a second glance?
