In the drive through, the woman could BARELY speak English, we had to explain our order 10 times, Ropa, was super ignorant and argumentative and wouldnt listen. she then had our order confused with someone behind us then argued with us on our order. Once we got our food, it was wrong and the ingredients were in disgusting shape. the one piece of lettuce was old and almost slimy, awfully thrown together. we had a small amount of fries. Very slow service and chaos in the kitchen just terrible experience. The food was fresh tho.. EDIT: Well they have been really great people and on point with service! I apologize for my last review and Appreciate your efforts in the kitchen! EDIT EDIT: Becareful of hours, Dinning room tends to close early. It's only 10:10pm and it's freezing and door locked.
I thought McDonald’s still had a little bit of pride with customer service but they don’t anymore I guess Came in ordered a meal through the app they tried to charge me $11 instead of the $6.79 that was the offer online I asked to get it to the price of the deal and they had so much attitude very disrespectful acting like I don’t have the money to pay for it. Genuinely never coming back to McDonald’s again after this what a disgrace left a horrible taste in my mouth
