Free refills are back on the pop so I'm happy again. I like this location again.
I wish I could give this place zero stars.....this place is the worst McDonald's ever! Horrible customer service ...... Never get a correct order, I think the drive thru speaker system must not work at all. Food is never ready when you go through and have to park in one of the stalls to wait for your food, even when there is no one else behind you. This must be the one location McDonald's sends their worst employees to....this place needs to be shut down! This place would make for a great episode of undercover boss.
I go through the drive thru each time due to having a small toddler in the car - it’s a convenient location to get my child a meal after swimming lessons but now I will do my best to avoid it. Every time I come, the drive thru service is awful. Specifically, I’ve noticed a pattern where they help multiple cars in one lane before switching to the other lane and proceed to help multiple cars. My last straw was today.
