Hockey hero burger was a total rip off. No sauce, zero flavour, super dry. Bun was dry. Burger patties were beyond old, dry as could be. 9 bucks basically a McDouble with an extra patty and some bacon, except dry and flavourless.
By far the worst service I've gotten at any McDonald's location. I live nearby, and sometimes I figure I'll stop in on my way somewhere so I can grab a quick bite while I drive to my plans. It 100% of the time ends in me either being half an hour late, or asking for a refund (which ends up making me even more late, because a refund is even more difficult for them then completing an order). Order on the app and got all my food but didn’t receive my hockey stick, considering that I paid extra for the meal I expected the stick. Ok granted I understand that it’s just a hockey stick and it shouldn’t be a big deal but like I said when i pay extra for something I expect to get it. Tried to contact them through the app and couldn’t find where to contact other than a phone number, tried to call said phone number and no one answered.
Got a coffee and muffin. Coffee was hot and muffin delicious.
