Very disappointed with my visit to the McDonald’s inside Walmart. I ordered a 6-piece nuggets, a McDouble, and a Junior Chicken. When I got home, I realized they only gave me 4 nuggets instead of 6 — even though my receipt clearly says 6-piece. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive the correct order. Accuracy should be basic, especially for a simple item like nuggets. Please double-check orders before handing them out. Would not recommend unless they improve their attention to detail.
The staff are so incredibly slow at this location. Way below average McDonald’s. Spent more time serving themself drinks than serving customers.
I work in the area and this location cannot get a drive through order correct. Also check good on the card reader when you pay as it has 2 lanes and they love to charge you for other people's orders. The staff also love to smash the burgers down to nothing as the wrap and pass them. Worst location in Edmonton I've been to so far, avoid!
Not enough staff to complete orders. Even not attending the customers. And not enough stock some items are out of stock. Customer going back.
Terrible customer service. I asked the front counter lady with glasses for habanero sauce and even offered to pay for it. Instead of helping, she snapped at me and said, “I don’t have time for this.” Completely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. If asking politely and offering to pay is too much, maybe customer service isn’t the right job. Very disappointing experience. I am never coming back here
