I understand that it is busy but please be mindful on the special notes on orders. My wife order a cheeseburger, no pickles no onions, but what she got is no cheese. 🥺
Ordered food fresh was told to park so we parked for 22 minutes. No food came, decided to call no answer. Doors were locked so we went through the drive-through and we told them that you might’ve forgotten about us. They said no They didn’t I said, but it was now 22 minutes and no food came. I pulled up to the window and they handed me the food and said that we went outside but you left and your food is made fresh I took their word for it went around parked in the front opened the food up, and it was cold. Coffees were not labeled (one was dairy free so this was an issue) and we needed a bag so we paid for one and the cashier made a snarky comment that we must not be from Edmonton if we didn't know bags cost extra.... We will NEVER be coming back to this location.
