Advertised to be open u til midnight in restaurant, it’s not uncommon for it to be locked prior to that. Most times without signage. When I called and I asked I was met with an ignorance. Learn customer service “okay ma’am”
Shut down the drive thru and turned off the kiosks literally right as I arrived. No one would answer any questions when I tried to inquire. I only had a few minutes to get something, and this totally inconvenienced my day, especially since I missed lunch earlier.

Every order we come to is constantly incomplete or wrong, we use this place because this is the closest McDonald’s to us, but we have never been satisfied so far.
