Ordering food after 11pm is tge problem. Burgers are soggy and fries are luke warm. Fries are not full in container and undet cooked. Should not have to pay extra for a bag made out of recycled material. Prices are too inflated. There is no more value in this franchise.
Staff Tried to refuse to sell me additional McNugget sauces when it clearly states on their self serve, their online menu and food ordering services that you can get additional nugget sauces for a cost which I was willing to pay. Then, even when requested a bag with a handle and being willing to pay for that aswell, didn’t give it to me until I said something.
