Kharma had very exceptional customer service skills. It was very late in the night and she got them to cook some pies and didn’t have an attitude about it. We need more people like her in the industry. Caring and pleasant.
Just passing threw from a long and exhausted road trip. Decided to stop and get some food for the road. Ordered only one item that needed to be made to order which was a double quarter pounder along with two others meals. Not only did it take forever for the food to come out. While I waited I got to hear all the drama going on with the employees that were preparing our food. After getting our food, which was cold, and fries so salty we could not eat them.
