This is unbelievable!!! It’s the third day in a row where I have to go inside because they’re not accepting card at the window. It’s unacceptable that they’re a multimillionaire corporate company and they’re not doing anything to fix it! Their mobile app is also not working. I tried to use my mcdonald’s 15,000 points i had saved up for a grimace meal and the young lady at the window told us we couldn’t use it because it wasn’t working for them!! Absolutely horrible! English and the volume in the drive through was not a language I am familiar with in my America nor could I hear, and nor could those with me hear what was being said. I couldn't get through the order! I drove off. That was my very last McDonald's visit. I'm done!
