Google says the drive through is open till 1 so we placed a mobile order at like 11:50. Went to the drive-through to go pick up our mobile order at around 12 and no one answered the box so we went to the window and they mouthed “were closed”. They didn’t even let us like say anything nor were the hours correct and if we weren’t able to pick it up why would the app let us place an order?
You guys are quick, but you rewards suck, $35 to get a free burrito. Hardees a couple blocks away it is $15 for a free burrito twice the size. Can't even say anything to your faces because no one is at the tills. I know you guys have more people in the back than hardees has on staff in the entire store. They have maybe 3 people at most you have 5 or more
Just make sure always you have right order what you order.otherwise disappointed ☹️ Happened 3 times.we go ther because it's close to us
We usually have good service at McDonalds, but the young gentleman who told jokes as he passed out receipts in the drive through really gave us all a good laugh. Thank you to him for spreading some joy.
