Rude employee that ended up being the manager didn't take my promo that is printed on the receipt! The lacked any good customer service made me feel like an idiot even though i showed her the website where the survey was for the promo! No other McDonald's ever turned the receipt down that has a promo to buy any burger(item) get one free! The original employee that first helped me was a manager in training that actually was being nice, hopefully the "training" manager doesn't ruin her! It’s advertised as 24hrs, but after showing up at 4am, and having to go to their window since no one wanted to respond to the drive through, I was told they are closed and not accepting orders because they’re waiting to change shifts. Which makes it not 24hrs lol, all they have to do is change the store hours to reflect closed times for shift change. Also, I highly doubt they close the store at noon or at any other time they change shifts.
