Terrible service doesn’t do anything to help with issues will charge you for items even if they don’t have and not help or refund you. Slow service takes forever to give food and when you get it it’s cold not worth it. I payed for firs and they gave me an empty bag and wont do anything to fix the issue.
So we went through the drive through and it took 10-15 minutes to order our food, and when we got there the lady on the speaker was real quiet and could barely hear her and they when we got to the window, they partially got our order wrong then when we went to fix it, we had to repeat it multiple times when they only messed up 3 items. But I'm happy we got our food over 20 minutes
The employees here don't now how to talk with a costumer, really disrespectful and rough
(Past )I stopped by for a mango pineapple smoothie it was very good. (Today,4/16/25 )I stopped by for a breakfast. I got the meal..I thought I was getting the bagel steak & egg. Instead I ordered from the kiosk, I had to wipe the crumbs off the table, yet there were still cup rings that needed to be wiped up. What arrived was a soggy maple syrup McmuffIn steak and cheese.
