Most of the workers in that work here do not care about their job. I got curbside pickup and waited for 30 minutes out in the parking lot. Then got a notification that my food was given to me even though it wasent. Went inside and the man in the back was just ignoring everybody including me in the store. Ended waiting for another 20 minutes until a lady came inside for her shift. Told her what happened and got me my food within 2 minutes.

Very disappointing experience at this location. I drive a commercial truck that is too tall to fit through the drive-thru, so I politely asked the employee at the window if she could take my order. I understand if store policy does not allow that, but there was absolutely no reason for the rude and disrespectful way she treated me. Other McDonald’s locations have always handled this situation professionally. Customer service here was unacceptable.

This just isn’t a good McDonalds location. The food always seems to be ‘old’ and stale. The staff are really young, don’t talk, on their phones, etc. There always seems to be a lot of people in the back of house (some dressed in uniform and some not??)
