I ordered on app. Got to the restaurant no one answered the call box. When I drove up to the pay window am employee was standing at the office door talking to someone else. Never acknowledged my existence and when I tapped my horn looked at me and left the visible area. I waited for another 5 minutes, drove back around where people were still waiting at the call box and no one was working. Never got food because employee felt lazy and didn't feel like working or taking a mobile app order number
I regretted this visit. Almost immediately. Don't do it.
This is an awkward McDonald's there is no human to take your order, only selfserv touch screens. There were four screens but only one was functional and it was in use. I waited for a turn to order for almost 10 minutes then gave up and went back out to the drive thru. The eating area also had 5-6 people sitting back near the bathrooms with plastic garbage bags of belongings and sleeping bags piled nearby, it felt sketchy.
