Every time I come to this McDonald’s hoping to get a McFlurry or cone, I hear the same line: “The ice cream machine is down.” It’s honestly ridiculous. It’s not just once in a while—it’s literally every time, no matter the day or time. I can’t help but feel like it’s pure laziness and they just don’t want to bother cleaning or using it. If you advertise ice cream, you should actually sell it. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Order was messed up. Gave me wrong sandwich. Fries were good. Really over having to order at a kiosk. Now workers pay no attention to the customers at the front corner. Took forever for me to be acknowledged, much less helped.
