Went to McDonalds St.Marys PA 15857 today for breakfast. When I was trying to eat my meal. 1.) The manager was in the next booth talking on her phone loud enough so the whole place could hear. 2.) Some girl cleaning the seated area right next to me with some sort of steam cleaner she brought from her house? while I'm trying to eat. 3.) Long time customer. Unfortunately I`ve seen a steady decline in customer service, drive through, the staff don`t seem to care about accuracy in customer orders. I have even gotten other people`s orders in place of mine. A simple order of fries can not be done right, too soggy in place of crisp, no salt extra salt in place. I see this is do to POOR manager training of staff and the caring MORE about speed of order fulfillment then accuracy. As many have already said, this mcd's should be avoided like the plague!!! They advertise a 24-hour drive-through as a JOKE! The other Durango, CO location is less than desirable, but the 37 Zyme Rock Rd. store is completely useless!!! I bet they won't even stay open for a year!

We used to go here all the time, as we buy lunch for our staff. We've had the same problem as others I have read on here. The fries are never filled to their capacity. A large fry can be filled as low as a medium size but never above the lip of the box. I have complained to McDonald's as well as this location and they offered us a free meal. That was back mid 2025. We eventually stopped going but thought we'd try it again and the same old process is happening. This can't be lazy personnel but rather a plot to save ... read more

Can't count how many times my order has been screwed up here. Latest is 2 Big Mac's w/cheese ordered with no onion, to tomato, and no lettuce. I get 2 Big Mac's with only American cheese on them. Who orders a Big Mac with no sauce?? That's what makes it a Big Mac right?? Could have ordered 2 double cheeseburgers on the value menu!! Then I have a Bacon Double Cheeseburger and it comes with no fricken bacon. Seriously! lmao Had the sticker right on it that says "Bacon" Double Cheeseburger lol. What will be next?

Your staff sucks. Gave us our food but not our drinks then wabt to argue and ignore me when we ask whete ate our drinks. I had young grandkids that were thirsty and didnt understand why they couldn't have there drinks. Rude woman up front. We go to McDonald's all the time and this one was on our way home off the interstate. I've never had problems like I did from here. Looking at all the complaints I've been reading looks like you should of already made changes to your employees.
