Did online pick up order. We were waiting in the pick up stall for 40min. Then it said the order was finalized, and charged our card… but we had no food… I went into a lobby of people waiting for orders and no one at the front. Staff ignored everyone and walked by us like we were not even there. It took us to sternly call to the back to get someone to even look at us. They rolled their eyes and finally came up. Good McDonald's food. Plenty of staff. Deals i dont see in Greenville. Not sure why the reviews are low bc it beats any in the Northern part of the county. Im a google guide so thanks for being nice as well... consistently.
