Excellent service. Brought my food to my table and was very professional. Unlike what you get in many places in the deep south where I'm traveling from. Kiddos to the young man. 1/22/25 @ 10 am.
Good customer service seems to be hard to find these days. People make mistakes but they seem inconvenienced when you point it out amd ask them to fix it. Richard, the manager at this location, fixed a small mistake on our order and went out of his way to fix it. He did it quickly, professionally and apologeticly. Great service! Thanks Richard!
Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and hotcakes. Seriously disappointed the sausage patty was paper thin about half the size everywhere else we've been (McDonald's in the Midwest south and west coast) the muffin was soft rather than crisp on the outside, the hotcakes were also about half the size they are everywhere else and we also didn't get syrup butter or a fork to eat them with.
