I had a pretty rough experience at this McDonald's last month. I went through the drive-thru, and honestly, the lady on the mic was extremely rude. She said something I couldn't understand, and when I asked her to repeat it, her tone was totally uncalled for. When I got to the window, she had a mask on, which explained why I couldn't hear her clearly. Still, that's no excuse for the attitude. I ended up telling her that her behavior was unnecessary. Staff were rude, had dirty fingernails and messed the order up twice. The fries and soda had a stale out of date taste. Super gross. Stay in the road and Head to In-N-Out
if i could give 0 stars i would but i saw this mexicna guy order and the asian lady got his order wrong and instead of calling someone over to help him understand him she didnt so they never gave him his fries seeing this frustrated me so bad ruined my day any logical person wouldve called someone who spoke spanish to help them fire her.
Took 20 min to get my order.
Male dark hair working drive thru is the worst attitude. Lacking warmth just rude and entitled.
