Food is always a hit or miss. Can be good, tasty and fresh, as well as cold, lightly stale, tough/rubbery texture. Using the kiosk, fine, they pretty much make you use it anyways. But when you do and you made your order and need to pay for it at the counter, it can take anywhere from 1 min to 15 min (sometimes a little more) for someone to come to the register and take your payment.
