Pulled up.to drive thru ordering area. No one asked for my order. I waited a few minutes, even yelled hello several times. Still no reply??? So I went to KFC and got a really good chicken sandwich. Thanks McDonalds, without your poor service I never would have got that really good KFC sandwich.
Terrible service and management. I placed an order at the drive-thru, paid, and then waited nearly 10 minutes for the car in front of me to move. When I finally got to the window, I was told, “We’re not giving you an order, we’re done for the night.” This was after I had already ordered and paid at the first window. The manager refused to come to the window, and I was left waiting another 5 minutes while the staff continued laughing in the background.
